- Recreation Trail Rehabilitation — Ghost Forest Land Use Zone
- The Ghost FLUZ is an area of high recreational and industrial activity in Alberta’s southern East Slopes that includes more than 150,000 hectares of public lands east of Banff National Park. It is managed to protect the environment while allowing responsible and sustainable use of the land. This multiple use area includes forestry, agriculture and oil and gas activity. This project was initiated to control erosion and stabilize trails and improve water run off.
- Spill Clean-up — Lodgepole
- This project involved the removal of 100 tonnes of salt-contaminated soil, the result of a pipeline break near Lodgepole.
- Orphan Well Remediation
- This site, located north of Drayton Valley, formerly contained 4 wells and a battery. It several seriously contaminated areas that required extensive soil excavation and removal, and final reclamation and re-seeding.
